Geummundo

Geummondo is a Chinese restaurant on Ganghwa Island in Incheon that serves dishes made with turnip and yellow-fleshed sweet potato. Its baekjjambbong contains various seafood, its ganjjajang is topped with fried sweet potato, and its turnip tangsuyuk is eaten dipped in yuja sauce. Weekend crowds are large enough that reservations are needed, and families visit often. Dishes arrive one at a time, so receiving the whole order at once is difficult.
