Seoul Bunsik sells kalguksu and sujebi in Daedong, Gimhae, next to Daedong Halmae Guksu. Its kalguksu is thin and chewy, with a deulkkae kalguksu and a clear anchovy broth. The noodles are made by hand each day, and the shop closes on Wednesdays. Waits form on weekends and during meal times.
