Daedong Halmae Guksu is a noodle shop in Gimhae that serves noodles in a strong anchovy broth. It offers mul guksu, bibim guksu, and yubu sushi, with orders paid in advance. A line forms even at lunch, but the turnover is fast and entry takes 5 to 15 minutes, and an anchovy broth is served in a kettle before the noodles. Parking is difficult during busy hours.
