Samarkand Chaihana

Samarkand Chaihana is an Uzbek restaurant at the entrance of Dongsang Market in Gimhae. It serves lamb and beef shashlik, osh, nan, and Samarkand bread. The shashlik uses lamb shoulder, which makes it tender, and it is eaten with carrot kimchi and bread. The fried rice is served with sauce poured over it, so it can be a little wet and greasy.
