Minmulchon

Minmulchon is a freshwater fish restaurant in Naeoe-dong, Gimhae. It serves hyangeo hoe, cut thin and long, eaten dipped in chojang or wrapped in cabbage. After the hoe, maeuntang follows, and a range of side dishes comes out as well. Sancho powder can be added to the maeuntang.
