Hyangokjeong

Hyangokjeong is a freshwater eel restaurant in Bulam-dong, Gimhae. Meals start with salt-grilled eel and continue with seasoned grilled eel, and the eel is ordered together with maeuntang made from eel and catfish. Diners take off their shoes to enter, and because reservations are heavy, orders can take about an hour when the kitchen is backed up. The entrance is not level, which makes it difficult for people who use a cane.
