Haeonjeong is a galbijjim restaurant in Bonghwang-dong, Gimhae. It serves beef galbijjim with buchujeon on the side, and the spice level is chosen when ordering. On weekend lunchtimes there is a short wait before being seated, and after the meal a kiosk is available for choosing dessert. Going without a reservation can mean a long wait.
