Eolkeuni Son Kalguksu Gimhae Branch

Elkeunison Kalguksu Gimhae is a hand-pulled knife-cut noodle shop in Saman-dong, Gimhae. The meal starts with a red mushroom maeuntang cooked as a shabu-shabu with water dropwort and beef, then finishes with kalguksu and fried rice. The shop sits on a roadside with ample parking, and staff check each table to bring the kalguksu and fried rice in sequence. The red broth and kimchi are on the spicy side.
