Yongsiki Samgyeop

Yongsigi Samgyeop is a restaurant in Dugu-dong, Busan, near Spo1, serving pork including samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork jowl, and makchang. The pork is trimmed and aged before the samgyeopsal and odolppyeo are served, with egg sundubu (soft tofu stew) and dessert ramyeon also available. Each pork serving weighs 200 grams, and the restaurant has a large parking lot and a bouncy playground at the entrance. Jjageuri contains a lot of meat, and doenjang-guk and naengmyeon (cold noodles) are also available.
