Yeogi, Jeju Island Guseojeom is a restaurant in Busan that grills Jeju pork over charcoal. Thick samgyeopsal and pork collar are served with cheese Hallasan steamed egg, bracken, and meljeot. Visits at 7 p.m. are possible, and parking is available near the back door, while the doenjang jjigae comes with seaweed. There is little charcoal, so the meat takes a long time to cook, and adding meat requires requesting more charcoal separately.
