Sijang Hoetjip in Busan serves hoe (raw fish), hoe-deopbap, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). You pick your fish at the basement fish market and eat it on the second floor at the chojangjip. The kitchen kills the live fish brought in each day, and you can choose sea bream, olive flounder, spotted flounder, or yellowtail. The san-nakji is fresh, and the maeuntang comes with sujebi (hand-torn dough soup).
