Nyangkkaseu

Nyangkkaseu is a restaurant in Busan that serves handmade Western-style donkatsu and kimchi jeyuk. The donkatsu uses thick meat with a light coating of breadcrumbs, so it is crisp and not greasy. It comes in two sizes, regular and large. The sauce is strongly sweet and salty.
