Namhae Hoetjip is a long-standing raw fish restaurant in Busan that serves wild-caught hoe and maeuntang. The assorted hoe comes with several kinds of thick, chewy raw fish. The owner slices the fish in the kitchen and serves it with sides such as steamed peanuts and buchimgae. Because the fish is wild-caught, the portions are small.
