Jinju Chueotang

Jinju Chueotang is a chueotang restaurant in Busan that serves chueotang and bibimbap. The chueotang comes with sancho, garlic, scallions, and cheongyang gochu, along with cabbage, boiled napa cabbage, and dasima wraps, plus ssamjang and jeotgal. The hall is clean and the basic side dishes are neat. The soup is a Gyeongnam-style doenjang chueotang rather than a Namwon-style one, so the broth is made differently.
