Janggaegye is a small Chinese restaurant run by a Chinese owner on the road to Beomeosa in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. It serves gaji mandu, gaji twigim, and tangsuyuk, and its jjamppong has a clear broth and a spicy kick from fine gochutgaru. During the lunch peak, one person does all the cooking, so food can come out late or the noodles can go soft, and there is a break time. The restaurant does not take delivery orders.
