Hwanggung

Hwanggun is a Chinese restaurant behind the Busan Sports Park in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The ganjjajang comes with crisp vegetables and a fried egg on top, and the old-style tangsuyuk arrives crunchy. The parking lot is larger than the restaurant itself, and the seafood jjamppong broth is clean and refreshing. In the tangsuyuk, the starch batter stands out more than the meat.
