Halmajip

Halmaejip is a Korean restaurant at the entrance to Hoedong Reservoir in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, serving duck bulgogi and whole-duck or whole-chicken baeksuk. The baeksuk is boiled until tender and eaten together with its broth. Throughout the meal, diners look out over Hoedong Reservoir and the open water. Lettuce and side dishes are self-service, so table service is not part of the meal.
