Gupochon Guksu

Gupochon Guksu is a noodle shop in Namsan-dong, Busan, near Pusan National University, and serves only janchi guksu. It brings thin noodles with anchovy broth on the side, and you pour the broth from a kettle yourself. A wait of about 20 minutes can form, though the tables turn over quickly because the food is noodles. The large portion comes out only at a normal size, which is a drawback.
