Dure Agujjim

Dure Agwijjim in Busan serves monkfish jjim, haemuljjim, and nakgopsae. Many tables order the monkfish jjim, and the nakgopsae can be ordered with the spice adjusted to a milder level. The medium haemuljjim portion serves three people and comes with many side dishes. Rice is stored in a side-dish container and heated in a microwave before serving.
