Doa

Doa is a restaurant in Guseo-dong, Busan, serving Japanese-style donkatsu and rosu donkatsu. A rice porridge arrives before the meal, and the fried coating carries no smell of oil. The shop began on the eighth floor near Pusan National University and moved to Guseo-dong as a larger location. The meat in the donkatsu is thick and free of gamey odor, and the coating is crisp.
