Daeseonggwan Sushi

Daeseonggwan Chobap is a long-running Japanese restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves sushi and set courses. The hoe is thick-cut, and dishes such as domi jjim, mero gui, and grilled fish come out together as part of the course. The restaurant occupies three floors, including a private room on the second floor, and staff assist with parking. The courses are expensive relative to their contents and the portions are small.
