Bultaneun Jangjak Hwaro Gui (Buljanghwa)

Bultaneun Jangjak Hwarogui (Buljanghwa) is a barbecue restaurant near Guseo Station in Busan, serving hanwoo, ogyeopsal, and pork jowl grilled over charcoal. The thick-cut ogyeopsal is paired with vegetables and kimchi, which diners select along with the meat. The restaurant has no dedicated parking, so diners use the public parking lot at Guseo Subway Station. Kimchi stew is served after the barbecue, and yukhoe is also on the menu.
