Wonjo Jeju Ttongdwaeji

Wonjo Jeju Ttwaeji is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, that grills Jeju pork belly. The meat is cooked on a hot stone plate together with kimchi and bean sprouts from the start, and served with salted hairtail innards. The stone plate is heated until it smokes, and the meat is grilled at the table. The plate spatters oil heavily at the beginning, and one person handles all the serving, so service runs slow.
