Tak Chobap in Seoul serves sushi and sashimi with thick, large cuts of fish. Jirasi deopbap and individual sushi pieces can be ordered for delivery, and the rice is portioned small while the fish is sliced thick. A service udon is provided when sashimi and sushi are ordered together. The tuna sushi tends to be under-thawed.
