Solhyanggi Haemul Kalguksu

Solhyanggi Haemul Kalguksu has served clam haemul kalguksu and jjukkumi dishes in Siheung-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul for 25 years. The broth of the clam haemul kalguksu has little seasoning and is clean-tasting. The kimchi is a geotjeori for kalguksu in which the garlic flavor stands out, and the jjukkumi bokkeum has a spicy, flame-grilled taste. The kalguksu is characterized by hand-pulled noodles with plenty of clams added.
