Shokudo Eien

Shokudoeien is a Japanese ramen restaurant on the first floor of the IT Premier Tower in Gasan Digital Complex, Seoul, serving ramen and chahan. The shio ramen has a light salt level, and the mabodofu noodles use both regular tofu and sundubu so the textures differ. Niboshi chuka soba adds niboshi aroma to a clear shoyu broth, and the mini chahan is served as loose fried rice with intact grains. Seating is limited so a wait forms, additional menu items are posted on Instagram, and although lunch is listed until 3 p.m., the kitchen has closed as early as 2:45, so the last order should be checked.
