Myeongdong Gomguksi

Myeongdong Gomguksi serves gomguksi, manduguk, and a bossam set meal in Seoul. Its thick seolleongtang-based broth comes with thick kalguksu noodles, and lunch includes rice to mix into the remaining broth after eating the noodles. The menu also includes handmade dumplings and geotjeori kimchi. Bossam is served with yuzu sauce, and long queues form at lunchtime.
