Katsuology

Katsuology is a donkatsu restaurant in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, serving tenderloin and sirloin cutlets made from Jeju black pork. It sits on the first floor of Gasan Daemyeong Bellion, an eight-minute walk from Exit 8 of Gasan Digital Complex Station. The meat is fried at low temperature, so the tenderloin is soft and the sirloin has a mix of lean meat and fat. Orders are placed and paid for at a kiosk, and the dining room has a high ceiling and wide spacing between tables.
