Dolchisam is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Seoul. The pork belly comes with minari, chive salad, and ripe kimchi, and the meal ends with fried rice made with salted hairtail innards. The owner grills the meat at the table and adds minari, chives, and onion, and orders are placed on a tablet. The pork belly has a lot of fat and the portions are small.
