Singane Kalguksu

Singane Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Busan that serves hand-made kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and gimbap. Its Sin-Eolkeuni Kalguksu has moderate spice and a clean, sharp aftertaste, while deulkkae kalguksu and regular kalguksu are also available. Diners can add chopped Cheongyang chili peppers from a self-service bar and order a larger portion at no extra charge. The gimbap uses yubu instead of ham.
