Mibundang Myeongji Branch is in Myeongji International New Town in Busan and serves pho with chuck flap and brisket, and tendon. The broth is clear but deep, and bean sprouts and noodles can be refilled at no charge. Each table has sauces, a hair tie, and a blanket, and you can ask for the cheongyang pepper to be left out. Buffalo wings and potato-wrapped shrimp are served alongside, and the noodles are dipped in hot sauce to eat like bibim noodles.
