Sangolae

Sangorae is a restaurant in Busan that serves nurungji baeksuk and duck baeksuk. The baeksuk comes as meat and nurungji porridge in two separate pots, which diners mix together. Calling an hour ahead to reserve means the baeksuk is ready without waiting, and there is pyeongsang-style seating. Parking is difficult and the portions are on the small side.
