Myeongji Jangteo Hoejip

Myeongji Jangteo Hoetjip is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant inside Myeongji Market in Busan that serves live-fish hoe. After you choose the fish, the restaurant prepares and serves only the hoe. The hoe is served in generous portions without filling the plate with shredded radish, and has little fishy taste. Maeuntang (spicy fish stew) and rice must be ordered separately.
