Miryang Sijang Hoejip

Miryang Sijang Hoetjip in Busan specializes in hoe (raw fish) and serves assorted hoe (raw fish platter) and jeoneo. The small assorted hoe platter serves two to three people and is generously topped with the catch brought in. The maeuntang (spicy fish stew) contains bangajip leaves and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), giving it a spicy, fragrant flavor. Steamed corn is served cut into small pieces.
