Jeongseusi

Jeong Sushi is a sushi restaurant in Myeongji, Busan, serving sushi and hoe made from aged fish. The lunch special comes with udon or albap and fried shrimp. A wait forms even early in the day, and the restaurant gives a small maeuntang as a service. The hoe is soft without a fishy taste, and the fish on the sushi is fresh.
