Chilgok Bori Bap Kalguksu

Chilgok Boribap Kalguksu in Busan serves barley rice and kalguksu, knife-cut noodles, together. Ordering barley rice brings a mini kalguksu, and ordering kalguksu brings a mini barley rice with doenjang, while the self-service bar is all-you-can-eat. At lunch, four to five groups may wait, but the line moves quickly and seating takes about 15 minutes. The kalguksu broth is on the salty side.
