Gyeju

Gyeju is a yakitori restaurant in Busan that serves skewers of heart, tenderloin, chicken thigh, and chicken skin, along with side dishes and drinks. The skewers are made by hand and grilled over charcoal, and fried freshwater shrimp comes out by default. Staff are energetic and the room is loud, with seasonal sides and a range of alcohol available. The tenderloin skewer is a little dry.
