Its laugen croissant is salty like pretzel dough, and its olive bread holds plenty of olives. It opens at 1 p.m. from Wednesday to Saturday and takes phone reservations or inquiries one to two days before a visit. Without a reservation, the bread you want can sell out even right after opening.
