Yetnal Son Kalguksu

Yetnal Son Kalguksu is a small Seoul eatery serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). In summer, it also serves kongguksu and memil noodles, whose springy yet soft noodles carry the seasoning. The restaurant has fewer than 20 floor-seating places.
