Wonlamen

Won Ramen is a Japanese-style ramen shop in Myeongil-dong, Seoul. Its basic Won Ramen serves noodles in a deep, clean broth, while the gopchang ramen comes topped with gopchang (grilled intestines). The tomato ramen contains cooked eggplant, bok choy, and pickled tomato. The broth is on the salty side.
