Wonjo Sogeum Gui Chimat Sal Jip

Wonjo Sogeumgui Chimasut Saljip in Gildong, Seoul, is a charcoal-grilled pork restaurant. It serves pork jowl and chimasut grilled over charcoal, followed by kongnamul kimchi gukbap. This long-running restaurant has been operating for more than 30 years. The pork jowl is cut into broad slices along the grain and grilled by turning it repeatedly, but the space is narrow and the seating is uncomfortable.
