Ttang-Gyeob

Ttang Gyeop is a barbecue restaurant near Amsa Market in Amsa-dong, Seoul, serving 200g each of domestic pork collar and samgyeopsal (pork belly). The meat is partially grilled before serving, which shortens the cooking time and keeps the juices in. Gosari namul and cheonggukjang come with the meal.
