TONKA

Tonka is a Japanese-style donkatsu restaurant in an alley in Amsa-dong, near Amsa Station in Seoul. It serves three items: tonkatsu with both loin and tenderloin, a limited-quantity special loin katsu, and chicken tender sasami katsu, all fried at low temperature from meat aged with nuruk. A single chef cooks in front of customers at a bar table and open kitchen. On weekends, the special loin katsu and sasami katsu can sell out early.
