Tonggama Makchang Amsa Jikyeongjeom is a restaurant in Amsa-dong, Seoul, that serves pork makchang and gopchang. The pork makchang is grilled over a fire pit, and bokkeumbap can be ordered afterward. It opened in 2010 and has been in business for 14 years. Calling 20 minutes ahead reduces the time needed to cook in the tonggama, and because the owner runs the place alone, orders can be a little slow.
