Songane Son Kalguksu

Songane Son Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Seoul that makes its own noodles by hand, serving kalguksu, sujebi and kaljebi. The dough is cut on site into thin noodles, and the broth is a mild sagol base served with geotjeori kimchi and buchu muchim made to order. The menu also includes kaljebi and kal mandu guk alongside the kalguksu and sujebi, all topped with beef garnish. The broth is not sharp and has a deep, mild flavor.
