Somunnan Gopchangjip

Somanan Gopchang Jip is a neighborhood restaurant in Seoul that serves gopchang (grilled intestines), sundae gukbap, and sundae gopchang bokkeum. The gopchang is fresh and tender, and the sundae is not salty and has a chewy texture. At lunch, sikhye is served as a complimentary item, and takeout orders are stir-fried on the spot. After the grandmother who ran it for a long time stopped, new people took over the business.
