Shiosaku

Shiosaku is a bakery near Olympic Park in Seongnae-dong that bakes salt bread using an Osaka recipe. The chives salt bread has a crunchy exterior and is filled with cream cheese, bacon, and chives, while the classic salt bread uses three kinds of premium salt and French gourmet butter and has a crisp bottom. In the evening most items are sold out, but the plain salt bread is sometimes sold at a discount. Melon and milk cream salt bread are also available, along with a soboro salt bread filled with raspberry jam.
