Sichirin is a Japanese restaurant in Myeongil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serving shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and sotbap. The hanwoo shabu-shabu and sukiyaki use thick cuts of meat, and the sukiyaki arrives one portion at a time so you can order another round after finishing a plate. Sotbap is cooked to order in a mini pot, takes about 20 minutes, and can be ordered with seafood; reserving in advance avoids the wait. The parking lot is small and fills up easily during meal times and on weekends.
