RUI

Rui RUI is a small Chinese restaurant in Seoul serving chapssal tangsuyuk and jjampong. The tangsuyuk uses chunks of meat with a thin, crisp coating, while the chadol jjampong contains vegetables, meat, and seafood. The restaurant has about six tables and cooks each order as it is placed. One person cooks in the kitchen, so the food comes out slowly.
