Pyeongnaengjib

Pyeongnaengjip is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that serves Pyongyang-style cold noodles, pork rice soup, and boiled pork. The cold noodles come in a clear broth with a dongchimi radish-water aroma, and pork jeyuk is also available in the dining room. A husband and wife run the small shop, which also serves meat dishes and pork rice soup. The noodles are thin and soft, with a mild buckwheat aroma.
